Our client is a very successful manufacturing business and due to internal promotion Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Office Administrator /Receptionist.
The Role:
Reporting to the Office Manager you will provide reliable administration support for the company. Your duties will include but is not limited to the following;
Effectively process incoming Customer Service calls for the business
Provide administrative support to the team including printing, scanning documents and maintaining electronic filing systems
Prepare meeting rooms and provide professional welcome to all visitors to site.
Co-ordinate / organise contractors and visitors to site
Update and maintain employee training records
Other duties as and when required
Candidate:
You will be a reliable and accurate office administrator preferably with previous experience in a similar role.
You will be firendly, outgoing and you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft) are essential.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday Flexible
