Responsibilities:
1. CRM & Email Marketing: Manage CRM tools to execute targeted email campaigns, and optimise engagement through segmentation and automation.
2. Data & Analytics: Conduct A/B testing, analyse campaign performance, and provide insights to refine marketing strategies.
3. Content & Brand Alignment: Support content creation for email and digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
4. Collaboration & Strategy: Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader digital marketing goals and assist with digital advertising.
