We are working with a leading law firm based in Taunton, who act on a range of public and private matters across the country. They have a fantastic opportunity and are looking for an entry level Office Assistant to join their team based at their Taunton office.
This role will be supporting the office; ideal candidates will have a proactive, hardworking and flexible attitude in this position. Our client has a friendly, progressive and supportive working environment based in stylish offices.
Typical duties as the Entry level Office Assistant will include:
1. Collecting post and distributing
2. Organising couriers
3. Scanning and photocopying documents
4. Reception cover on Mon-Wed (lunch times) and Thurs-Fri (all day)
5. Setting up meeting rooms
6. Providing refreshments
7. Printing and binding documents
8. Filing
9. Answering the telephone and responding to email enquiries
10. Setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments to clients
11. Any other general office duties as required
Skills and experience required to be considered for this role:
1. A minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent qualification
2. Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above or equivalent
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
4. Positive, hardworking and conscientious attitude
5. Professional nature
6. Team player
Hours and Salary:
Hours - F/T - 100% site based (Monday to Friday)
Salary - minimum wage + benefits
