Supply Chain Administrator - Wells and Co Support Centre - Bedford, Bedfordshire Job Type: 6 month FTC Position Are you readily available for a 6-month fixed term contract? Wells & Co have a fantastic new opportunity based at Brewpoint for a Supply Chain Administrator. This role is designed to support multiple support teams including the Guest experience, brewing, procurement, and finance teams in ensuring a smooth transition to a new supply partner in France. This transition aligns with the implementation of new systems, including an ordering system (IndiCater) and new tills in the pubs. Agility and adaptability are key for this position - responding to challenges as they arise to ensure the successful transition of supply chain operations. Requirements Order & Invoice Management Central management of order receipt and processing via IndiCater during the pilot phase, until full EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is available. Handling orders for food, wet stock, and other suppliers using IndiCater, including location sense-checking. Receiving and loading invoices onto IndiCater for pilot sites pre-EDI. Manual invoice processing: Matching invoices with IndiCater records and submitting to accounts payable for non-pilot sites. Initial manual processing support for suppliers unwilling/unable to integrate fully with IndiCater. Distribution & Supply Chain Support Keg deposit management: Transitioning from existing to new distribution partners. Support for the supply chain transition from C10 to France Boissons, ensuring the movement of remaining owned brew stock to minimise write-offs and returns. Monitoring and maintaining depot stock levels to ensure a smooth transition. Collaborating with France Boissons to forecast total wet volume requirements to maintain consistent supply and availability. Other ad hoc support as required. System & Process Implementation Support system setup and process management, ensuring seamless integration and operational effectiveness. What we are looking for: Hands-on experience with ordering and stock management systems (IndiCater, NAV, or similar platforms preferred). S trong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. A great communicator with good interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with stakeholders both internal & external. Takes pride in offering a high level of detail and accuracy. Focussed and results driven. Has the ability to work independently, comfortable flexing between responsibilities as situations and priorities demand. Willing to adapt and sees change as an opportunity to do things for the good of the business. French language skills are highly advantageous but not essential.
