Be at the forefront of our network systems and shape the future of our infrastructure.
Are you a forward-thinking strategist with hands-on experience of working in a fast-paced, technical environment? We are looking for a highly-skilled and self-motivated Network Services Manager who can guide our IT infrastructure through an upcoming transitional period before shaping the future of our connectivity strategy moving forward.
As manager of the Network Services team across the Nissan AMIEO (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe and Oceania) IT function, you will lead the strategy and delivery of our telecom and network infrastructure services through an influential changeover phase, ensuring business continuity plans in a multinational, dynamic environment. Following this period, you will devise and own the roadmap of our regional network evolution, creating the connectivity needed to match our business plans for the future.
An exceptional communicator, you will guide and support your team in their delivery while engaging IT stakeholders in other regions, such as Japan and North America. Your technical experience will allow you to pick up and oversee projects quickly, while your ability to collaborate with others will see you liaise easily with individuals from multiple cultures and 3rd party partners and solve problems together. In this managerial role, you will also know how best to support and motivate your team, ensuring effective processes, services and initiatives are delivered in line with the needs and digital strategy of the company.
We are a company at the forefront of the global drive towards electrification and, as Network Services Manager, you’ll be integral in ensuring the global connectivity needed to realise our ambitious plans including EV36Zero, The Arc and Ambition 2030.
This is an exciting new role and an opportunity for a dynamic individual to bring people with different ideas and experiences together to shape the future connectivity and network infrastructure of Nissan across the globe.

6. Contribute to end-to-end architectures for new solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
7. Control and optimise cost in relation to the provision of regional network services and the portfolio of infrastructure evolution.
Your Profile:
8. A solid technical background in a multinational company is key, enabling you to understand the complexity of international projects and working scenarios. Perhaps this could be as a current/previous network manager or senior network engineer in a large technical consulting firm.
9. A delivery-focused mindset with an ability to inspire, engage and influence those around you to move projects to completion with clear, transparent and fair communication.
10. Confidence in working in an environment where leadership is valued over management, giving teams and third parties the space, direction, and resources to develop ideas and solutions in line with objectives, set within a dynamic environment.
11. A natural confidence and curiosity in working in multiple cultures and customs, adept at building international relationships and teams.
12. Experience of design, implementation and operations of network infrastructure and services, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, Internet, Cloud Connectivity, Telephone and Video Conference.
