We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to manage all aspects of recruitment for our client's business. You will provide professional administrative HR support to employees.
Description of the role:
* Collaborating with internal departments on open vacancies.
* Managing applications, building a candidate pool and updating candidates on all stages.
* Advertising vacancies both internally and externally.
* Maintaining a candidate database.
* Ensuring compliance for all Right to Work checks.
* Provide administrative support across the HR team.
* Preparing new starter and onboarding documentation.
About you:
* Experience of working within internal recruitment.
* A passion for recruitment and building talent pools for the business.
* CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
* Experience of working with HRIS and ATS technology.
