This full-time role is ideal for someone with experience in a primary setting who is confident in managing behaviour and providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs. As a Behaviour Buddy, your primary role is to support children with challenging behaviour within a primary school setting. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to ensure pupils receive the guidance and strategies they need to succeed.
