A unique and exciting opportunity exists to join WMFS as a Community Risk & Performance Analyst. You will be a key part of our Community Risk Management Planning process, helping to reduce risks guided by our CRMP and Our Plan.
Responsibilities
The post holder will:
1. Have a proven ability to interpret complex data and risk intelligence, influencing community risk management decision making and aiding effective risk horizon scanning.
2. Take a consistent and methodical approach to gathering data to ensure the Community Risk Management Plan is fit for purpose.
3. Be responsible for data handling, data analysis, modelling, mapping, reporting, and research across various subject areas, supporting intelligence generation for organizational decision making, risk management, resource planning, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
4. Provide expert input and professional insight on available data and its analysis for performance management, forecasting, target setting, resource management, scenario modelling, and the creation and interpretation of maps, charts, diagrams, reports, and presentations.
5. Use specialist and bespoke software systems to collate and interpret data into meaningful, accurate, and timely intelligence reports for various audiences and stakeholders.
