Youll be a great communicator as youll liaise with customers and Work Planners to ensure the high standard of plastering in our homes. To be considered youll need to have: Minimum NVQ level 2 or City & Guilds of equivalent in Plastering. Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety issues relating to repairs & maintenance & construction trades. A full UK driving licence Youll have access to one of our company vans for visiting homes and youll love the variety this role brings. Above all youll take pride in a job well done, knowing that youve made a real difference to our customers. A few key points from our role profile: Minimise disruption to customers and ensure compliance with safe methods of working in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act, Building Regulations & FHGs Health, Safety and Environment Policy. Maintain effective communication with the Supervisory/ administration and management staff passing on information, concerns, and problems regarding any job. Attend pre-arranged responsive repair appointments to carry out work or contact customers directly to make access arrangements. Sounds like me, so what are you offering? Your weekly hours of work would be37,Mon - Thurs 8:00am till 4:00pm, Fri 8:00am till 3:30pm with 30 minutes break for lunch break, paid monthly.You'll also get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and concessionary days holiday at Christmas.
