Senior Marketing Analyst at Travis Perkins
Are you a strategic thinker, confident in challenging the status quo, and capable of analyzing marketing data effectively?
Travis Perkins is currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Analyst.
This role involves managing and coordinating the data analytics team to deliver insights and campaign data to the marketing & digital team, as well as customer KPI metrics to the wider business.
Work is hybrid, with travel to our Northampton head office usually required once or twice a week.
The successful candidate will:
* Produce analyses to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, shaping future campaigns and targeting.
* Interrogate data and trends to identify areas of concern and use customer data to enhance sales and margins.
* Provide insights on marketing campaigns and recommend future strategies.
* Manage the delivery of insights and campaign data through effective people and priority management.
* Develop and share a customer dashboard across the business, ensuring alignment of finance and marketing data.
* Support campaign selection and BAU processes, adhering to GDPR principles.
* Research and apply new analytical techniques for deeper insights and personalization.
* Utilize SQL, Google Sheets, and potentially Python for data analysis.
Requirements:
* A degree in a numerate subject.
* Experience in a volume customer industry (e.g., retail).
* Budget management skills.
* Proficiency with data interrogation software.
* Ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
* Project management capabilities.
* Understanding of data lake structures and various software packages.
* Effective communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to interpret briefs and propositions.
