We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Catering Assistant to join our Edinburgh Schools account in Firrhill High School, 9 Oxgangs Road North, Edinburgh EH14 1DP
This role is on-site based.
Salary £12.00 per hour
The standard hours of work are 18 (shift pattern Monday to Thursday 10:00am to 14:00pm and Friday 09:30am-11:30am) term time only.

You will be responsible for:
Basic preparation of food and drinks Preparation of vegetables and snacks Simple cooking of food (including the heating and/or reconstitution of convenience foods and vegetables) Transportation and serving of meals (including the packing and unpacking of food into containers) Washing up and clearing away equipment Cash handling Cleaning of the kitchen, its surrounds and the equipment
