You'll start on a salary of c£40,000 - £45,000 but there is some flexibility here. You'll also be part of a bonus scheme that is based on individual performance. Longer-term you will be on a pay journey. As you progress so will your pay. They also offer 27 days holiday. Alongside the usual pension, there's a Group Life Scheme too.
The firm is based in Stockport and whilst you get established you will be in the office. But as you bed in you'll spend more time out seeing clients, working on a hybrid basis.
The business is a regular FTAdviser Top 100 firm and often in the upper echelons of those ratings. When it comes to developing your career you'll be in very safe hands.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
You must be level 4 qualified.
You will either be a paraplanner or a junior financial planner looking for more support and structure.
You'll have a desire to learn, a strong work ethic, and the soft skills required to make the transition into financial planning.
