Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. As a Cleaner, you will ensure that all areas are kept tidy and presentable, contributing to a positive environment for both staff and customers.
Responsibilities
1. Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
2. Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
3. Sanitize surfaces and fixtures to uphold health and safety standards.
4. Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
5. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
6. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.
7. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from staff or visitors.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all cleaning activities.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
2. Ability to communicate effectively in English is required for interaction with team members and customers.
3. A valid driver's licence is advantageous for roles that may require travel between sites.
4. Strong customer service skills are desirable to enhance the experience of those using the facilities.
