Job summary We are looking to recruit a cheerful, enthusiastic experienced Practice Nurse on a fixed term contract to join our friendly team here at Bridge House Medical Centre in Stratford upon Avon. We would like you to provide general nursing services to the practice population including treatment, screening and advice according to practice policy and protocols within the professional competence of the post holder. Ideally you would have some experience in managing patients with diabetes but this is not essential. The post holder will always work within the Code of Conduct as set out by the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
