Purpose of the role To supervise and coordinate the team to ensure the day to day delivery of high quality, reliable support service tailored to the specific needs of each young person entering our childrens services, promoting independence and choice in accordance with the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted Supported Accommodation Standards. To provide first line management and supervise a team of staff to ensure that young people are safeguarded, supported and receive person centred support within our accommodation in accordance with people policies, statement of purpose, legislation and OFSTED standards.
