Duties & Responsibilities To work with the Healthcare Partnership Manager in delivering the LINK elements of the VANTAGE 360 platform, developing partnerships that leverage HARTMANN solutions Support both internal & external customers with up-to-date clinical information relating to the Wound Care therapy areas related to the HARTMANN brand operating areas Identify relevant KOL’s, (advocate and rising star customers) across the region, develop a plan to engage with these KOL’s for the benefit of HARTMANN. Plan, organise and execute LINK events regionally to deliver key notes and clinical exchanges to further leverage use of HARTMANN solutions Identify and develop best practice with the use of HARTMANN solutions in the form of case studies, medical journal writing, poster presentation and clinical forum presentations Deliver clinical presentations relevant to HARTMANN solutions supporting the Healthcare Partnership Manager to develop brands within NHS protocols Provide support for local evaluations of HARTMANN brands and ensure that customers recognise the value of HARTMANN product and services Support the HARTMANN international LINK program by developing advocates to talk at an international level Facilitate pathway workshops to support NHS objectives in improving patient care and supporting appropriate use of HARTMANN brands Co-ordinate and deliver wound care education internally and externally at both regional and national level Liaise on a clinical basis with prospective and existing customers to monitor clinical satisfaction Provide the necessary support to enable successful pre / post sale demonstration and evaluation of the product range Share best practice and appropriate market intelligence with team colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded Develop good business relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders Utilise the Salesforce database, appropriate reports and training plans Communicate all relevant customer information including product and customer related issues and sales opportunities to the TSM’s, Marketing Team and other relevant departments To maintain and improve individual clinical and product knowledge, reinforcing their role as a key resource for customers and colleagues alike To project a professional and ethical company image at all times in front of customers and colleagues. Ensure data privacy is in line with GDPR regulations including appropriate collection, storage and transmission of any customer data. Additional Note In order to maintain the vision of market leader and remain up to date, it is important that the Clinical Partnership Manager remains clinically validated, Revalidation is the responsibility of the individual. However, to ensure the CPM remains a registered clinician HARTMANN will support revalidation with ongoing clinical experience in the form of an honorary contract and access to clinical updates such as medical conferences Person Specification Essential Qualification: Registered Nurse / Clinician with current UK Registration Tissue viability experience or equivalent Specialist Nurse / Podiatrist (band 6 upwards) Experience Specialist in wound care therapies which may include compression, tissue viability, burns, vascular, lymphedema, leg ulcer, diabetic foot ulcer, podiatry Knowledge of the changing NHS Ability to demonstrate sound clinical training skills Strong clinical knowledge within the primary and secondary care environment Skills & Attributes Ability to effectively build strong relationships Has a natural curiosity Effective presentation, oral and written communication skills Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities Ability to handle complex information and stay up to date within the clinical environment Ability to monitor and make suggestions regarding product supply To project a professional and ethical company image always in front of customers and colleagues Excellent customer service skills Awareness and understanding of the product adoption process within the NHS The ability to work accurately to strict deadlines Excellent planning and organisational skills Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence others Clear communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels Conscientious approach to work Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects Good customer orientation and problem-solving skills Flexible attitude and ability to handle changing priorities Team member, willing to act on behalf of team Mature and controlled reaction to pressure of work Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Valid UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points) Desirable Evidence of writing for publication – case study, article, poster presentation Service lead Industry experience Shape a career that’s focused on healthcare customers, fit for the future and grounded in a culture of trust and openness.
