**Office & Transport Administrator Job Description**
CSS Recycling is a leading processor and recycler of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in the UK, promoting a sustainable solution for the recycling of WEEE through expertise and modern technology.
We are seeking an experienced Office & Transport Team Administrator to assist the Office & Transport Manager in a split role, with time allocated between the Office Admin and the Transport team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Updating and recording holiday requisitions
* Entering Weekly Agency Timesheets
* Raising Purchase Orders for various departments
* Monitoring Stock Room levels
* Handling telephone and e-mail queries
* Assisting with daily office operations
* Maintaining an up-to-date filing system
* Updating weekly transport and despatch schedules in Excel
* Liaising with existing CSS customers to manage transport bookings & requirements
* Liaising with CSS own transport fleet and 3rd party providers
* Managing and tracking all fleet, 3rd party & fuel costs
* Participating in transport spend tracking and internal reporting
* Assisting with daily transport team and office operations
**Requirements:**
* GCSE Maths and English minimum
* 2-year minimum experience in an office environment
* Experience within an account's office an advantage
* MS Office Suite: Primarily Excel, Word and Outlook
* Effective communication, telephone manner, and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask, work on own initiative, and prioritise tasks
* Punctual, polite, professional, and courteous towards customers and colleagues
**Job Details:**
* Full-time position, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (0.5 hour for lunch)
* Salary negotiable depending on experience
