About the Role:
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Wealth Management team, providing high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of financial planning cases, from client onboarding to ongoing portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting Financial Advisors with preparation of client reports and documentation
2. Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of new business applications
3. Obtaining client policy information
4. Letters of Authority
5. Use of various provider Platforms
6. Managing client correspondence and maintaining up-to-date client records
