If so, we’d love to hear from you About the Role We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll provide top-tier technical support for healthcare products, assisting customers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional technical support for healthcare products via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues with patience and expertise. Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality support and maintaining satisfaction levels. Accurately log and document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to improve product knowledge and refine service processes. What’s on Offer? Competitive Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
