We are hiring a Head of Human Resources to lead our UK Retail, International Regions and TFG Central Teams colleague population. This permanent role will be responsible for leading the HR Team in providing a high standard of service to the main stakeholders. You will also partner with key leaders across the business, supporting them to achieve our business goals through he provision of a high value HR Service. Your responsibilities as Head of Human Resources will include: Working in partnership with Retail and TFG Central Teams Leadership to actively manage all aspects of Human Resources related matters. Work closely with Group People Director and senior peers to achieve relevant alignment to the Group’s People strategy. Drive the Retail People Strategy gaining support and buy-in, with the ability to change priorities and direction to meet business needs Work closely with Senior Leadership Teams to establish people and cultural needs across the business and come up with creative and appropriate HR solutions Lead on Change and Transformation initiatives across the business Facilitate regular reviews of policies and procedures that support the delivery of Brand objectives and ensure compliance with current and future legislation Provide coaching and development to direct reports as well as peers to ensure the highest level of performance is achieved and maintained Work with Group People Director and senior leadership teams to introduce learning and development initiatives in response to current future business needs Key Skills and Experience Required To be successful in the role of Head of Human Resources you will be am exceptional communicator capable of building positive relationships and gaining buy in to HR initiatives from senior stakeholders. You will solutions focused with a strong commercial acumen and thrive in a fast paced environment. Proven track record of delivering successful people agenda An Impactful leader with extensive experience leading on and delivering key change and transformation projects Experience and expertise of International HR and ER requirements Ability to work at a strategic level whilst retaining the attention to detail and consistent approach with focus on delivering results The ability to influence and partner with different levels of the business in order to build relationships and drive results Must be hands-on with high level of energy and professional skills to function effectively and independently in a demanding, fast-paced, change-oriented environment At TFG Brands London We Care, We Connect, We Collaborate and We Create.
