Contract type: Permanent
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Cook 2 to join our catering team. We currently produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients, and you will need to produce the very best quality food. You will need to deputize for Cook 3 during periods of absence.

The ideal candidate will have:
1. NVQ level 2 in Hospitality and Catering or willingness to work towards your NVQ
2. Proven experience in a quality catering environment
3. Excellent people skills, able to develop a team
4. Passion for food and customer service
5. Superb culinary skills
6. High standards and quality-driven
7. Willingness to travel to different schools in Trafford
