Are you a skilled and passionate tutor looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a Workshop Tutor to join a dynamic Alternative Provision setting, working with young people who thrive outside of mainstream education.
The Role:
As a Workshop Tutor, you will:
* Deliver engaging, hands-on workshops tailored to students' needs and interests.
* Provide practical and vocational learning experiences in a supportive environment.
* Build confidence, motivation, and skills for life and work.
* Work closely with students, helping them to achieve their potential.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in delivering practical or vocational training (e.g., construction, mechanics, brickwork, or life skills).
* A patient, encouraging, and adaptable approach.
* A passion for working with young people who need a different kind of education.
* Strong communication and behavior management skills.
