About the Role:
Great fit for someone with some initial experience as an Office Admin/Administrative Assistant/Receptionist or similar post, looking to move into the field of Account Management with training offered from day one!
Working Hours:
Permanent, Full Time
Monday to Friday
Straiton - 5 days per week in office, free parking on site
Lorien's client, a growing firm in the logistics sector, is looking for someone eager to branch out into account management while managing key admin and marketing outreach duties.
Responsibilities:
* Work with new and existing clients to offer quotes for services and process orders
* Perform essential admin tasks around the office as required
* Contribute to social media outreach and marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
* Good interpersonal skills, able to liaise and build relationships with other staff and customers alike
* Basic MS Office skills including Word and Excel
* Ability to learn quickly (initial and ongoing training and support will be provided)
* Ideally, any experience in customer/client relations
* Adaptability, eagerness to learn as you work, and tenacity to add value and work efficiently
