Currently, we’re seeking an experienced and proactive individual, preferably with knowledge of the education sector, to help us promote our programmes and products to prospective students, parents and stakeholders located overseas while reinforcing the company’s values and achievements through a variety of channels. The ideal candidate would be able to provide administrative support to the company by looking for opportunities internally to improve operations and the assistance given to other members of the team.
Throughout the academic year, you’ll be assisting on a wide and varied range of projects located in both the UK and China however, as we continue to grow, our scope of operations will expand to other geographic locations. This will mean exploring a wider range of opportunities and helping the company represent itself to prospective stakeholders within those regions.

Job description:
As our Marketing Administrator, your roles will include:
Administrative support:
* Providing daily support to marketing, including the managing of schedules, setting up meetings, and preparing reports as/when requested.
* Maintaining and updating company databases and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
Social media and content management:
* Setting up and maintaining Chinese social media account and scheduling/posting content on these platforms as directed by the associated project manager.
* Helping draft and editing content for blogs, newsletters, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and company guidelines.
Customer relationship management:
* Updating and maintaining customer databases and CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy.
* Helping segment audiences and manage contact lists for targeted marketing campaigns.
Event support:
* Assisting in the organizing and coordinating of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
* Handling logistics such as vendor management, venue booking, and registration tracking.
Student recruitment and enrolment:
* Leading targeted marketing efforts to recruit students for our summer and winter projects here in Cambridge. For this role, we’re expecting you to onboard at least 100 students by the end of June (2025).
* Managing student inquiries by providing detailed responses, maintaining a high conversion rate from lead to enrolment, and guiding them through the registration process.
* Developing and managing communications’ strategies to attract prospective students and stakeholders, including email campaigns, social media engagement, and coordinating partnerships with schools and other educational institutes.
Project manager support:
* Completing any other tasks assigned by the project manager to support overall project success and adapt to evolving company needs.

* Enthusiasm for working with diverse groups of stakeholders, adapting your approach appropriately.
* A thorough understanding of digital marketing, including social media channels, email and content marketing.
* The ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a fast-paced environment – being able to anticipate change rather than respond to it.
* Proficiency in a wide range of office and marketing software, including the Office 365 business suite of application.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education or a related field.
* At least 1 to 2 years in marketing and/or student recruitment roles - preferably in the education sector.
* Applicants without a related degree are welcome to apply if they have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
