Our client based in Newbury is looking to hire a Finance Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent office-based role for the right per hour
1. Monday to Friday
2. 08:00am – 17:00pm
Responsibilities:
3. Purchase Order and Invoicing Support
4. Developing PO’s, Customer Invoicing, Internal Query handling and resolution.
5. General company finance management.
6. Internal monthly and annual financial reconciliation.
7. Using Financial Accounting modules to complete tasks.
8. Developing of Pricing and Estimates covering customer and contract order costings.
9. Financial Data Analysis and Management working with Data sets.
Requirements:
10. Proven experience of 2-3 years in a Financial Operation or SAP Administration role.
11. Strong, fast, operational finance brain and entrepreneurial mindset.
12. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail in a dynamic, fast paced and growing team.
13. Solutions orientated, can do attitude, flexible and adaptable work style.
14. Confident communicator and personal style.
15. SAP experience is essential.
16. Confident with management reporting.
