As Director of Trades, you’ll lead the growth and transformation of our repairs service, managing over 40,000 repairs annually for more than 25,000 customers. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role is central to achieving our vision of delivering a “customer first” approach. You’ll lead our busy operational teams, manage key transformation projects, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The role will also shape and influence group wide objectives, helping to align our repairs service with our wider organisational goals, such as embedding Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and enhancing the overall customer journey. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels, providing leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to help deliver impactful outcomes for our customers and communities. What skills and experience do you need? We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious leader with a proven track record of managing diverse, customer facing services across multiple locations. You’ll have a strong strategic vision, with the ability to lead change within a fast paced, multi- channel service environment, particularly in digital transformation. Confident in interpreting and presenting complex data, you’ll use insights to drive decision making and deliver exceptional outcomes. Your leadership style will inspire and empower teams, creating a culture of excellence and collaboration. Alongside your operational expertise, you’ll bring a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities in our sector, including relevant statutory and regulatory frameworks, and a commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. A relevant degree, professional qualification, or significant senior level experience is essential for success in this role. What are the pay and benefits? Salary on application 37 hour full time, permanent position Agile working with location flexibility.
