Job summary The post holder will be responsible for assessment and specialist employment advice, support and interventions. They will manage a caseload of people assessing individual barriers into employment, experienced through physical health, mental health and social situation. Using the WorkWell pathway work plan, the post holder will prescribe either Multi-disciplinary in-house support or to triage/signpost and refer. The post holder will facilitate clients being referred to the service quickly so that they do not remain unsupported whilst on sick leave, and supporting them to return to work swiftly (where appropriate), or to follow the destination that is best suited to their circumstances, which enables individuals to achieve positive service experience outcomes.
