Position: Property Manager
Location: Hybrid - Manchester Office, 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.

Portfolio Details: As a Property Manager, you will be looking after 12 properties, 650 units in the Manchester City Centre area. This role is a hybrid role with site visits as required. This is a great opportunity to get involved and lead on a variety of projects. We are looking for someone who has a good experience of residential property management looking to develop their career with an award-winning managing agent.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Experience directly managing an allocated portfolio of developments, providing a day-to-day property management service.
* Managed budgets and overall expenditure for developments, producing forecasts and reports.
* A true expert in customer service, who uses this to lead, engage, and inspire others.
* Always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of your portfolio and contribute to amazing results.
* Oversaw major works and carried out the Section 20 consultation process.
* Ability to interpret policies, procedures and relevant leasehold legislation, researching where required and providing advice consistently, demonstrating a working knowledge of relevant Landlord and Tenant Act, RICS and ARMA guidelines, regulations and procedures.
* Experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
* Experience building and establishing relationships with clients.
* IRPM associate/membership (or willing and able to obtain within first year of employment).
* Support your team, working together, building strong working relationships with residents and contractors.
