Champion an exceptional customer experience, fostering loyalty and driving retention. Optimize finance and value-added product penetration to enhance profitability. Maintain impeccable stock presentation standards and effectively manage aged inventory. Leverage CRM and digital tools to streamline the sales process and improve efficiency. What We're Looking For: A minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience within automotive sales. Proven success in a high-volume dealership or car supermarket setting. A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets. Exceptional leadership, team management, and employee development capabilities. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions. A deep understanding of the used car market and evolving customer buying behaviours.
