We are looking for a Site Operations Team Leader to join the Frontier team, based at Cranswick on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will supervise both seed production and on-site grain storage operations and ensure day-to-day requirements are met with all aspects of Health & Safety, TASCC, ESTA & COMAH.

About You
Good communicator with the ability to consult with all team members and site management team
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining Frontiers ICE values
Able to adapt quickly to accommodate changing business and customer needs, whilst providing a responsive customer-focussed service
Works to accommodate the seasonal nature of Frontiers business
Adopts a customer first mindset while ensuring that compliance is always maintained and, where relevant, internal procedures are always adhered to
Able to work collaboratively with others and to work without supervision at times
Loading shovel license (desirable but not essential)
Tele-handler / FLT license (desirable but not essential)
PA1 / PA11 (full training can be given to right candidate
Seed samplers and crop inspectors licence (full training can be given to right candidate)
Experience in supervising teams is desirable
Your Role
As a Site Operations Team Leader your role will involve:
Hands-on supervision of all seed production requirements (intake, cleaning, treating & packing)
Supervising our other Operatives on site
Cleaning cereals through our colour sorter
Responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and running of the grain storage facility
Actively promoting and embedding Health & Safety into all working practices and behaviours and leading by example
Day-to-day responsibility for all matters relating to TASCC / ESTA & COMAH
Assisting site management in complying with Health, Safety and Quality procedures including record keeping ensuring compliance
