We are searching for a capable Management Consultant at Associate Director level, to join an award-winning Corporate Finance Team in the Berkshire area. As a key player in the Business Growth team, you’ll lead and manage a portfolio of clients keen to build business revenue prior to a successful sale. You will client valuation projects and then oversee and drive value through strategic planning and client advisory services. This role offers the chance to impact clients directly, manage junior team members, and see impressive business development results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the primary client contact and leading all communication, support and negotiations
* Develop comprehensive reports and roadmaps tailored to client goals and business readiness
* Ensure seamless client transitions to transactions, collaborating with senior team members as needed
* Manage a portfolio of key clients, supporting them through their journey to a transaction mandate
* Guide clients through fundraising, acquisitions, and reorganizations as necessary
* Support client and business development efforts by engaging stakeholders
* Regular collaboration with Sales & Marketing leadership
