Chase Taylor Recruitment are working with a top Installation company in the West Midlands, known for their high-quality windows, doors, and conservatories. They’re looking to expand their team due to growing demand in the domestic market. What the Job Involves: You’ll be visiting customers in their homes across the West Midlands, helping them find the perfect windows, doors, conservatories, porches, or verandas for their homes. All appointments are pre-qualified, so you’ll have around 60-80 customers a week who need a quote. On average, you’ll have 12-14 appointments each week—so it’s busy but rewarding You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, plus Saturdays from 9:30 AM – 4 PM (5 days a week). You’ll also spend 1-2 days a week in the busy Coseley showroom, meeting customers, offering quotes, and selling their products. What You’ll Need: Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office. Good communication skills (both written and spoken), with solid grammar and numeracy skills. A valid driving license and your own car for traveling to appointments. The ability to follow a proven sales process and manage your time effectively. Experience in customer-facing roles, especially if you enjoy talking to people and providing great service. Nice to Have: Some knowledge of the fenestration (windows/doors) or construction industry would be a bonus. Previous experience in home sales with strong negotiation skills would be ideal. What’s on Offer: A base salary of £28,000, with the potential to earn £55,000 in commission—there’s no cap on what you can earn £120 per month fuel allowance to help with travel costs.
