We sell our most valuable, weird, and wonderful things through Oxfam's own online shop. Working from our online space, you’ll help us raise money to fight poverty and inequality.
You will develop online retail experience and learn many transferable skills, building your CV and confidence. No experience needed as training will be given.
We usually ask for 4 - 8 hours per week. We can be very flexible around parenting, caring, health, employment, education, and any other commitments you have. Some travel and lunch expenses can be covered too. If you have a couple of hours to give to Oxfam, then we'd like to hear from you.
The role involves:
1. Researching / valuing items online
2. Writing descriptions for items
3. Putting books and music onto our website
4. Computer skills desirable but not essential!

Please note that this is not a paid role and there is no salary - it is voluntary. All shifts take place in our shop, so we are looking for people in the Hull area.
