This is a fantastic, rare, opportunity for an experienced administrator to take their first step into L&D and join our friendly team in delivering a first class people service where you can make a real difference and support the development and growth of our talented people.
What you'll be doing...
1. Organising a multitude of compliance training
2. Raising purchase orders and ensuring invoices are paid
3. Managing training suppliers
4. Obtaining and uploading certificates into the People system
5. Liaising with employees and managers
6. Using the people system to keep records up to date
7. Ad hoc administration to support the People team
8. Working as part of a team
What we’re looking for?
9. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Outlook in particular)
10. Ability to prioritise and handle large volumes of work
11. Ability to meet deadlines and work on own initiative
12. Exceptional organisational skills
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Ability to provide exceptional customer service
15. Great attention to detail
16. Ability to multi task and work at pace
17. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across the business
18. Be a real team player.
19. Be a self starter able to manage own workload
20. An experienced administrator
21. Positive mindset / outlook
22. Ideally with experience within a training or L&D environment although not essential.
