Platinum People are recruiting for a full-time Operations Administrator for our client in Rugby. This is an ideal opportunity for a person who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and a desire to work hard, to progress in their career with us.
Operations Administrator Role
You will be responsible for day to day, general administration duties. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
oData entry, using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
oAnswering incoming calls, confidently
oManage accommodation requirements
oPlace orders via the relevant supplier and raise the purchase order in Sage.
oRaise invoices through Sage and issue to the client.
oCollation and reconciliation of month end information for Finance.
oSupport with project administration as and when required.
oAssist the team with all operational queries and have a can-do attitude.
oCollate timesheets/hours to enable processing by finance.
oLiaising with accounts on queries.
oLiaise with and build relationships clients and supply chain in a professional manner.
Pay Office Administrator
-£26,000 p.a
-Immediate start
-Office based Monday - Friday.
-09:00-17:00 Mon-Thu. 09:00-16:00 Friday
Operations Administrator Requirements:
oSage 50 user – Essential.
oExcellent communicator at all levels
oExcellent attention to detail and accuracy
oSound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
oHighly Organised
