Zest Education is currently seeking talented Across School Supply Teachers to work in secondary schools across Staffordshire and the West Midlands.
Responsibilities:
– Deliver engaging and effective (pre-planned) lessons across multiple schools within Staffordshire.
– Adapt quickly to different teaching environments, ensuring consistency and a high standard of education.
– Collaborate with school staff to understand classroom dynamics and tailor lessons to meet the needs of individual students.
– Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment, fostering student growth and development.
– Provide feedback to schools regarding lesson delivery, student progress, and any additional support required.
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
– Experience working as a secondary school teacher.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong classroom management abilities.
– The ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments.
– A flexible schedule, allowing for availability to work on selected days.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
