We are recruiting for a Communication Support Worker to provide BSL support for High Needs students in order that students who use BSL are able to take a full and active part in the life of the college, they are able to enjoy and achieve on their course of study, and they are able to communicate with others as fully as possible through this high level specialist support.
The successful candidate will hold GCSE English and Maths Grade A-C or equivalent Level 2 and a minimum of Level 3 BSL qualification. You will need previous experience working in Learning Support, SEND and or coaching with a patient, professional disposition.
