Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
Working on a range of projects varying in value from £2,000 to £5,000,000 for example.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial costing to completion.
Organise materials, labour, method statements, and risk assessments.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on all sites.
Oversee budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Regularly visit client sites and attend weekly/fortnightly meetings at the Potters Bar office.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing projects in the food or insulated panel industries (or similar).
Strong skills in budgeting, labour organisation, and client relations.
Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Willingness to travel to client sites across the Southwest and occasionally to the Potters Bar office.
A valid UK driving licence.
Previous experience with engineering or construction clients is desirable.
Location: Remote/Southwest-based, with occasional travel to the Potters Bar office.
Hours: Full-time.
