About the Role
Connect is Christ Church’s Breakfast and Afterschool Club. It provides a safe, supportive, and enriching environment before and after school. It supports children's academic, social, and physical development while offering convenience and peace of mind for working parents. Connect is based at the Infant Site and is available to all Infant and Junior pupils. It runs on weekdays during term time. The club is open from 7:30 am until the start of the school day and in the afternoon from the end of the school day until 6:15 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead engaging play activities, ensuring children enjoy a mix of creative, social, and physical experiences
Ensure the well-being and safeguarding of all children under your care
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
Someone with experience working with primary school-aged children who can create a safe and fun play environment
A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude
A compassionate and self-motivated individual who can foster independence in children
An individual who shares our commitment to safeguarding, personal development, and equal opportunities
A sense of humour and resilience to handle the day-to-day demands of the role
