Job Description
* Administer end-to-end payroll operations for all company employees.
* Ensure accuracy in calculations, deductions, and payments.
* Maintain employee payroll records and handle payroll queries.
* Prepare payroll reports for management.
* Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and legislations.
* Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless payroll and benefits administration.
* Update payroll software with employee job changes, salary changes, and other relevant data.
* Contribute to payroll process improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with the Operations Officer to support health and safety policies and initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards as part of a safe workplace.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
* Strong knowledge of payroll practices and related laws.
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
