Annual salary of £23,667 (PTE) (£27,612 FTE) Permanent role Part-time (30 hours), Monday – Friday 9am – 3.30pm, open to discussion about hours Fleetwood office base, elements of hybrid working Proposed Interview Date: 24th February 2025 The role The purpose of this job is to provide a high quality, effective and tenant focused intensive housing management service to our customers living in Sheltered Housing schemes. You will bring a positive approach to your role, engaging with our customers in a caring and understanding way, ensuring that customers receive the best services possible. You will support with community events, signposting to other agencies, support with day-to-day queries, deal with ASB, lettings issues and any safeguarding concerns. You must have a caring nature and want to help and support vulnerable customers. Experience in housing is desirable but not essential. You must be IT literate and willing to learn new systems and policies and procedures. Most importantly you must have a passion for helping customers, striving to achieve excellent customer centricity and the ability to work alone but also as part of a wider team, ensuring a one team approach to your work.
