Substance Misuse, Non - Medical Prescriber
We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Clinical Lead to join our Primary Care team at Gatwick IRC, a category B Prison located in Gatwick.
Hours:
The site currently offers a 24-hour service and shift patterns:
* Monday to Friday - 9.00 to 17.00
FLEXIBLE
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £55,996 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a legal right to work in the UK on a permanent basis and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.
Main Duties of the Job
As a Primary Care Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
* Support the registered nurses in implementing an agreed plan of care in association with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received
* Provide clinical leadership and management to the registered nurses and care teams
* Coach, line manage and develop clinician staff; support and contribute in undertaking audits and governance and contribute to developing and reviewing clinical/non-clinical Local Operating Protocols for the site
* Develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery

Qualifications Required:
* Registered Nurse
* Good IT skills and IT literacy
* Ability to work within a busy environment
* Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures
Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment.
