We are looking for qualified Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN), Registered Learning Disabilities Nurses (RNLD), or Registered Adult Nurses (RGN) to join the team within a specialist neurological care centre based in Ipswich.
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Days only

Salary: £27,805 - £31,500 per annum (£14.22 - £16.11 per hour) plus 30% nights enhancement
Hours: 3 shifts per week across 7 days, fixed shifts may be considered, please advise us of what would work for you and your circumstances

Further Details: This is a really rewarding setting, staff morale is high, and you will be working closely with the service users and their families, providing the care people need to optimise their health and wellbeing, maximise their independence, and support their emotional and social needs. This specialist neurological care centre based in Ipswich cares for people aged 18 and over with a range of neurological conditions, including Cerebral Palsy, Head/Brain Injury, Huntington's Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Parkinson's Disease, and Stroke. Our service provides 26 residential beds where there are exciting opportunities for professional growth and development across complex disability, high dependency care, and slow stream rehabilitation. We are also able to provide innovative ways of working within the level 2 rehabilitation unit which offers 6 beds. You would be working closely with the in-house multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists to support goal setting and best outcomes for all clients.
About the role:
1. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care using evidence-based guidelines.
2. Work collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
3. Maintain all records in line with corporate policies and procedures and NMC guidelines.
4. Carry out all clinical care in line with company policies and procedures.
5. Ensure the care team provides all care in line with the inter-professional evidence-based care plan.
6. Where appropriate, be responsible for the management of patient care during the shift.
