As the Team Leader, you will be:
1. Leading the team in coordinating engineers to sites
2. Providing training and development to the team
3. Ensuring all operations are carried out efficiently
4. Analysing KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
5. Managing the resourcing of engineers and staff
As the Team Leader, you will have:
1. Supervisor and engineer allocation experience
2. Ability to prioritise your workload and great communication skills
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Dispatch software experience
5. Safety and transport regulation experience
