Next Generation Care Agency are offering Support Workers full or part-time rates from £12.82 per hour. It’s paid weekly, with an extra £2 per hour spot pay bonus for shifts you work the same day they’re offered.
As part of the Big Picture Care Group, we sit alongside two sister companies, both of which are social care providers. That means we deal with (on a daily basis) the same issues you face. We “get it” and aren’t some far-removed desk-jockeys in a city-centre office.
We’re close-knit enough that we’ll know you, your routine, and your home commitments. You’ll get to know us and be able to talk without it feeling like we’re just some uncaring suits.
And the job? You already know it. It’s providing support to those who need it. Building relationships with the vulnerable, some of whom have challenging conditions.
Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Follow care plans and ensure that individual needs are met
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Assist with behaviour management and crisis intervention, if necessary
All you need is at least 6 month’s UK professional care experience, hold a Full UK driving licence with your own car (although not essential) and the motivation and empathy to remain a support worker.
If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this position.
