Take a closer look at the role: Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Laser Part Marker to join the Team at our new Silverstone facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate marking and engraving of parts using advanced laser technology to ensure traceability and compliance for high-performance motorsport components. You will work closely with the machine shop team to maintain workflow and quality standards. What you will be doing: Set up and operate Keyence laser marking equipment for component identification and traceability. Ensure marking meets the required specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain an efficient workflow. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser marking equipment. Document marking processes and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the work environment. Requirements Proven experience operating laser marking equipment, preferably Keyence, in a manufacturing or motorsport environment. Understanding of different marking technologies and their applications. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic maintenance skills for Keyence laser marking machines. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a workshop environment. Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving. Commitment to producing quality work consistently.
