The Best Connection are looking for an experienced Stock Controller / Materials Scheduler to join our client’s dynamic team in Caldicot! This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a key role in inventory and supply chain management within a busy production environment.

Your Responsibilities:
* Managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep production running smoothly
* Ensuring materials are delivered on time to prevent shortages or excess stock
* Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
* Acting as the main contact for product-related communication
* Supporting business growth by optimising stock levels
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in materials scheduling or a related role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* A proactive and motivated approach to work
Desirable Skills:
* Experience working with suppliers/customers
* Commercial awareness of cost, production, and order fulfillment
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques

Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.30 / 09.00 - 17.30
Pay rate from £12.02 - £14.42 DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE.
