We have a high-profile and rewarding role as the Personal Assistant to the Head Teacher of a co-educational boarding and day school located in Northamptonshire.
The Personal Assistant to the Head Teacher is both the ‘gateway’ and the ‘gatekeeper’ to the Head Teacher, providing an efficient and confidential administrative and secretarial service to the Head Teacher that facilitates a strategic and operational management of the School.
This is a varied and high-profile role, where you will be responsible for providing support, as well as coordinating business-wide projects, meeting records, correspondence and liaison with the wider school’s staff.
Your key duties of the Personal Assistant will include:
1. Providing PA and general support to the Head Teacher
2. Managing diaries and schedules
3. Preparing presentations and key reports
4. Coordinating events and business-wide projects
We are looking for someone who is:
1. Previous significant PA or administrative experience to senior management level
2. Experience of dealing with senior-level stakeholders
3. High levels of technical literacy
4. Exceptional standards of written English
5. Excellent proof-reading skills

This role is full-time, 35 hours per week over 34 weeks. There is a degree of flexibility built into the hours of this role, which will be discussed at interview.
