Our team is seeking a Registered Nurse who is experienced in Quality Assurance to join our team! If you are organized and proficient at auditing, investigating, reviewing and reporting on treatment plans, patient charts, RN notes, and nursing orders, we want to meet you! MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assess the quality of care provided to patients by reviewing medical records, treatment plans and patient outcomes.
2. Identify trends in patient care and safety.
3. Ensure compliance with home health infusion regulations.
4. Collect and analyze data related to patient care (clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, adherence to protocols).
5. Perform regular audits of clinical practices, medical records, patient care processes.
6. Identify potential risks to patient safety and work to mitigate them.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Have up-to-date state RN licensure.
2. 2+ years experience in the role of QA RN.
3. Home Health and/or home infusion experience preferred.
