You must be a ‘team player’ working in a way that encourages high performance from other staff, with the aim of maintaining efficiency within the department. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual for this position.
You will be the first point of contact for escalation within the team as well as the management of the patient tracking list and clinical rotas,
You will manage the administrative team within Urology and Vascular, supporting them to move patients through their treatment pathways within appropriate timescales.
You will encourage high performance from staff, with the aim to maintain a high quality comprehensive administrative service.
You will work alongside the service manager and an engaged team of dedicated healthcare professionals in a fast pace and challenging environment to ensure a high quality service is provided to our patients.
